Before backfilling

Underground drainage installation before backfilling and yard restoration.

This New Philadelphia-area project brings drainage, a new walking route and landscape restoration together. The finished approach connects the driveway and front entrance, while the straw-covered ground shows the lawn restoration as it establishes.

01

The need

Complete the drainage installation and leave the front approach with a useful walkway, defined landscape beds and restored ground.

02

Work completed

The work connects the underground drainage installation with the finished surface around the home.

  • Excavated and installed underground drainage piping
  • Built an L-shaped stepping-stone walkway
  • Placed contrasting dark and white decorative stone
  • Backfilled disturbed areas and restored the surrounding ground

03

Documented outcome

A finished walkway connects the driveway and front entrance. Defined stone beds frame the approach, and the restored lawn is shown while it establishes.
