All prices are USD, before applicable taxes. Setup is a one-time fee. No annual commitment is required for standard new plans. Selecting a plan does not start billing or unlock paid features.
Included with your plan
One business, hosted access to your selected products, software maintenance and help with faults. Each month includes up to 15 minutes of routine content or configuration help; unused time does not roll over.
Website includes the editor and inquiry inbox. Owner Portal adds the business tools. Complete Business adds private customer access. Extra staff seats require approval and are available only with an owner-portal plan.
A name of your own
Setup includes the first year of one standard domain, up to $25 including registrar fees and taxes. Already have a domain? Connection and setup are included, and we won’t buy a replacement. Owner Portal can use a domain for its portal.
From year two, the approved renewal cost is added to your monthly bill across twelve payments. For example, a $24 annual renewal adds $2/month. If you renew your own domain directly, BBS does not add a renewal charge.

Domain registration and renewal. Premium names or prices above the $25 first-year allowance need a separate quote. From the setup payment received, BBS sets aside up to $25 toward the first renewal. A domain is purchased or renewed only after ownership, the exact cost, available funds and your approval are confirmed. Future monthly payments are not treated as money already received.
Email forwarding: $49 one-time setup, no BBS monthly add-on. Up to three addresses, such as hello@yourbusiness.com, can forward to an inbox you verify. This needs a compatible domain and provider activation. Forwarding is not a separate mailbox and does not let you send as that address.
Full mailbox: $49 setup plus the provider’s approved recurring price. A separate inbox and sending from your domain require a written provider quote and setup. Automatic activation is unavailable. Existing email records are preserved until you agree to a migration.
Included capacity: 24 website images (2 MiB each), 500 general business records, 2,000 customer records, 250 retained detailed jobs, and 100 private job files totaling 20 MiB (2 MiB per file). Complete Business also supports 100 retained customer shares and 100 messages per share. Archived records, expired shares and archived files still count because their history is retained. Only capacity relevant to your products applies. Larger capacity requires a reviewed solution and separate approval; it cannot be purchased automatically.
No add-on can be purchased from this page. Extra staff are included only in a new, reviewed and signed service agreement, up to 50 total internal users including the owner. Website-only plans do not offer extra staff. Outside services require a readiness review and your approval.
Built-in writing uses private templates, with up to 30 drafts per signed-in user per hour. It does not call a paid AI provider or send messages. Portal messages stay within the shared project. Business email forwarding, an outbound email connection and a full mailbox are separate services; mailbox access and delivery analytics are not included in these plans.
